You're going about your day and everything is fine and then you think about one thing, just one that throws everything off.
Then here comes the gut wrenching feeling and the racing thoughts. Here comes the anxiety, the doubt, the fear, and the worry. Every negative thought comes rushing in.
Sometimes those moments are unavoidable so what can you do.
Immediately go into THANKSGIVING
What does that look like? As soon as the negative thought or thoughts start to form in your mind, stop and pause, then immediate go into worship, thanks, and praise.
Begin to start thanking God for everything that you have, for all he's done for you. Give him praise for who he's been, who he is, and who he will always be.
Something spiritual takes place when we go into worship and thanksgiving to God. In that moment, all those negative thoughts that you have been thinking have to cease, they can't exist in that moment.
The next time you are being consumed with negative thoughts, stop, and just worship God and give thanks.
